The last PTR build showed the changes coming to Dungeon difficulty and item level Rewards. It is said that the changes are made to meet the new content in the new patch,which is the item level from normal, heroic and mythic dungeons was increased by 20. Also, Mythic Keystone dungeons have increased their rewards on PTR：Completing a +15 dungeon on the previous week, on PTR, is awarding item level 955 loot. This may mean an oversight for patch 7.3, as weekly Mythic Keystone rewards should be limited to +10 when patch 7.3 goes live, being later increased in a future patch, when Antorus is released. Reminder: these changes mean that a increase will come to the the difficulty of Mythic and Mythic Keystone dungeons when patch 7.3 goes live.
