The Emperor Shaohao is only available from Timewalking vender during Mists Timewalking. Before, it took you roughly 250+ kills on the timeless Isle, but now, it will only take you as long as a single Timewalking run takes. This is because your first Timewalking dungeon rewards the Shrouded Timewarped Coin, which in turn rewards 500 Timewarped Badges. Seeing as the Commendations only cost 50 Badges and reward 500 reputation, that’s 5,000 reputation for your first Timewalking run.  

If you are starting at Neutral reputation and have no Timewarped Badges saved from previous events, you’ll only need to accumulate 4,200 Timewarped Badges to hit Exalted. Players with 9 characters or more at level 91 or higher can guarantee themselves another exalted reputation under their belt as long as they run one Timewalking dungeons on each other. 

The last thing being worth mentioning is is the reputation rewards: a toy, a pet, and a mount. All of these rewards can be bought with Timeless coins. The first 2 only requires 2500 and 7500 coins, respectively, but the mounts costs 100,000 coins. So if you want the all three, you need to get 110,000 coins if you don’t want to grind to get the Emperor Shaohao reputation in the traditional way.
