World of Warcraft: Events in June, 2016
Northrend Timewalking Dungeon Event returns now! Battle.net announced the wow events in this month, June. It is reported the June is a busy month, since it is occupied by the world and weekly events. Except the Warcraft movie releasing on June 10 in North American, the weekly events in WoW include Northrend Timewalking Dungeon Event, Apexis Bonus Event, Arena Skirmish Bonus Event, Cataclysm Timewalking Dungeon Event, and Battleground Bonus Event. Below you will read the specific details for each weekly event in June!
Northrend Timewalking Dungeon Event (June 1 - 6). Venture back to the nostalgic times of Wrath of the Lich King. The Northrend Timewalking event is currently underway and it probably has the most interesting rewards out of all the Timewalking events.
Apexis Bonus Event (June 8 - 13). The least important weekly event for June. Still, Apexis Crystals are useful for getting the three weekly bonus rolls, as well as collecting pets and mounts.
Arena Skirmish Bonus Event (June 15 - 20). Gather your team mates and step into the Arena! While this event is active, Arena Skirmishes will award Honor at triple the usual rate.
Cataclysm Timewalking Dungeon Event (June 22 - 27). Yep, you saw that right: a second Timewalking event within the same month! This time, you are called to go back to the Cataclysm dungeons.
Battleground Bonus Event (June 29 - July 4). The last even of June will carry over to the first week of July. Glory awaits in the battlefield, as Battlegrounds award triple Honor during this event.
As far as world events are concerned, the beginning of each month signals the arrival of the Darkmoon Faire. For this month, this event will begin this Sunday (June 5) and will conclude on Friday the 11th of June. Lastly, the 21st of June marks the beginning of the Midsummer Fire Festival, which will last until July 5.
