The Herb Garden

How to unlock?

To unlock this building you have to visit it in your garrison, grab the quest from Naron Bloomthistle, as Clearing the Garden, or  Tarnon, as Clearing the Garden. The quest is extremely simple. All you have to do is to clean the area from the little pests.

What can you do here?

For those who took care of their farms in Mists of Pandaria, you can think about this Herb Garden as a new version of farm while planting normal herbs. Basically you’ll be able to grab daily Draenor herbs from here. Sell them, use them for potions or inks… that’s your decision. Remember that you wont need to have Herbalism as a profession to be able to use this Herb Garden.

Beside the Draenor herbs, you’ll randomly harvest Draenic Seeds (these seeds are also found on normal herbs all around Draenor). These seeds are used for Work Orders. When you collect 25 of these, you can speak with Olly Nimkip as alliance, or Nali Softsoil, as horde. A completed work order will reward you with a crate filled with all kind of Draenor herbs.
These seeds are also used as a currency for gardening transmog items like Garden Scythe and also a pet, Crazy Carrot.

With every upgrade the Herb Garden will give you:

•Level 1: Grows Draenic Seeds into herbs each day and herbalism nodes are available in the garden.
•Level 2: Allows followers with the Herbalism trait to work here, granting a unique bonus. Also increases the amount of herbs that can be harvested at the Garden and allows up to 3 work orders at once.
•Level 3: Grow a unique Draenor fruit tree in your garden that grants food buffs. Also allows up to 5 work orders at once.
So, if you are leveling up this this building you’ll be able to get loot more herbs, start more work orders at once, get a nice tree for food buff and allow your followers to work for you on the farm. Remember that you need a follower with Herbalism trait to be able to work on your Herb Garden.
