Using Fluxfire Feline is against TOS

I'm guessing most of the pet battlers are already familiar with the ridiculously overpowered Fluxfire Feline pet. What bugs me the most, and the reason for opening this thread, is that my mechanical and undead pets' racial is completely unusable when I get hit by Feline's supercharged ability. I won't have this! It's not fair and it's not fun at all!

The people that are using Fluxfire Feline have started to abuse that bug, purposefully.

WoW terms of Use clearly state:

... Nonetheless, certain acts go beyond what is "fair" and are considered serious violations of these Terms of Use. Those acts include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following:

Using or exploiting errors in design, features which have not been documented, and/or "program bugs" to gain access that is otherwise not available, or to obtain a competitive advantage over other players;

As you can see, using FFF in order to gain advantage over undead and/or mechanical pets by making their racial traits annihilated is against TOS and people using it should be reported.
