Primal Sargerite is a new sources in Argus in patch 7.3. It is familiar with Blood of Sargeras. In patch 7.3, by combining Obliterum with Primal Sargerite, you can make Primal Obliterum and upgrade your bits further. You needed after you upgrade your gear to 900 ilvl with Obliterum only (1 Obliterum + 1 Primal Sargerite = 1 Primal Obliterum). Besides, Primal Sargerite is also used to caft all the new armours. So far in the PTR, you can only get it from World Quests in Argus (World quests in other areas do not have Primal Sargerites, only Blood of Sargeras).
