As noted by the eagle eyes of Wowhead, a new update to World of Warcraft's public test realms (beta servers designed to allow players to bug test upcoming content drops) has revealed that the upcoming patch 8.1.5 will add a small tribute to the late Marvel icon in the form of an NPC named "Stanley."
In World of Warcraft, NPC "Stanley" wanders around the Keep in Stormwind City. And it is customized to replicate Lee's iconic mustachioed and bespectacled look in his more recent years. And from what this NPC wear, you can see a classic "Stanley" appearance. Recent years, we can see many eggs hidden some great movies about Stanley. Blizzard is using another way to pay some respects to the late legend.
So who was the first one to find out "Stanley" ? Bas Schouten found the non-player character, named "Stanley," in Stormwind Keep in an upcoming, as-yet unreleased patch for the game. The patch is currently available to players for public testing on what is known as the public test realm, or "PTR."
"I am So happy to see this on PTR!" Schouten said in a tweet ." @TheRealStanLee lives on," followed by a heart.
