WoW Gold News
The pre-purchase for World of Warcraft's seventh expansion has already gone live though the accurate date of Battle for Azeroth has not been confirmed. But here raiditem.com takes you the details about new elements of the game and expansion: level-scaling and Allied Races. Read news to kick off two elements' features and get the cheapest WoW boost at our website.
WoW's seventh expansion features Allied Races, the Heart of Azeroth, Islands, and Warfronts. Players level to 120 in the zones of Kul Tiras and Zandalar.
Level-scaling in World of Warcraft was added in the recent 7.3.5 patch for all players. Previously limited to Legion's zones, this sweeping new feature is now available across most of the game. What it means is that the level of creatures and quests scale to the level of the player. For players exploring the "Legion" areas, monsters, quests and rewards scaled to the level of the players, it lets them choose their own progression paths in the expansion without losing out on experience points and gear.
With level-scaling, you can now freely move through Azeroth and carve your own path instead of being forced down one particular path. Getting level-scaling working across Azeroth was not so easy. It took "hours and hours" of staring at numbers to make sure enemies were properly scaling.
Regarding the new Allied Races, producer Shani Edwards has said that they exist in the game now principally due to player feedback. These characters were introduced in the Legion expansion. A lot of players would see some of these Allied Races as we're calling them now like the Nightborne. You gained their trust, you helped them with their quest lines, and really formed a deep relationship with them. So it really made sense for you to be able to recruit these four as part of your allegiance going into Battle for Azeroth.
Allied Races
1. 6 Allied Races are being added in the expansion with custom appearances and special Heritage Armor sets.
2. Since BlizzCon 2017 we have learned much more about these Allied Races. Lots of Allied Race data has been included in the 7.3.5 PTR, leading to speculation that several races may be available before the expansion's launch, as part of preorder:
- Void Elf
- Nightborne
- Lightforged Draenei
- Highmountain Tauren
