How to Play Mythic Dungeon Invitational?
Mythic dungeons are level dungeons that parties of five players must
complete within an allotted time limit. For most players, Mythics offer
loot and keys used to unlock more challenging levels. Higher level
Mythics offer greater chances for better loot, and some players just
want their keys upgraded so they can climb as high as they possibly can
on the Mythic ladder. In this tournament, however, there's a ton of
money on the line.
Keep the Calendar in Mind:
From July 25th to August 8th, teams of players can take on Mythic +
dungeons to try to secure an invitation to the competition. At the end
of the two week run, teams can submit their top score. Devs will judge
teams based "across the five dungeons in which the team achieves the
highest Keystone Level".
Regional representation will be as follows:
8 teams from the Americas
8 from Europe
8 from China
8 from Asia-Pacific
Rules and Mechanism:
The tournament will feature eight of the best teams from each
participating region—the Americas, Europe, China, and Asia-Pacific.
These 32 teams will compete in a bracket, and must defeat their
opponents by completing their assigned Mythic Dungeon more efficiently.
Based on groups' scores, Blizzard will invite the top 32 teams to the
playoffs, eight from each major region. These runs will be streamed live
on the WoW Twitch channel from September 16-24th.
Just like the
