1. Complete all objectives in the Horrific Visions of Stormwind and Orgrimmar in a single visit while not in a party and with all 5 Faceless Masks active.
2. Your character's itemlevel should be 120+.
3. Your Ashjra'kamas, Shroud of Resolve should be Rank 15.
4. You need to unlock all five masks.
5. You must have 2 Vessel of Horrific Visions.
6. You must have Gift of the Titans.
7. You need to provide your account.
8. ETA: 1-3 days.
