1. Completed 4 M+15 dungeons in a week or 4 weeks.
2. You would get two M+ dungeon items offered in your Great Vault, but only one item you can choose:
The first one's ilevel would be based on the highest level dungeon that you completed.
The second one's ilevel would be based on the fourth highest level dungeon that you completed.
3. You need to provide your account.
4. Your character's item level should be 437+.
5. ETA: 3-5 days.

Tips: You will be able to choose only one item. Completing additional objectives only increases the number of choices from which you can select your one piece.
